ALEXA 35 STEADICAM PLATE - A35SP - $475 CDN
The Arri Alexa 35 is a new and versatile camera body, and we can expect it to show up a lot in the near future!
Our Alexa 35 Steadicam Plate adds an array of 3/8" tapped holes to the bottom of your camera.
The A35SP Steadicam Plate comes with captive M4 screws.
The generous use of lightening holes not only helps to keep the weight down (this plate weighs only 140 grams), but ensures that the bottom fan on the camera body can still move enough air to keep things cool.
An M4 threaded insert has been installed into the front of the bracket, along with a pair of precision dowel holes.
Keep an eye out for a forthcoming rod mount bracket for this plate!
At just a hair over 7mm thick (0.28"), the A35SP is the thinnest mounting plate available (that we are aware of) for the Alexa 35 camera body.
USE CAUTION!
It is important to ensure that you use your short mounting screws with this plate to prevent damage to the underside of the camera housing.
